How often do you travel 🧳 ? ⠀ I realized that the most beautiful ideas, thoughts, and awareness happen with me when I travel. ⠀ I’m sure it because I go outside of my “box” and I can see things differently, look at myself differently, meet new people, new situations, new views on those situations and etc. ⠀ It also helps me explore myself because the new environment shows me my new reactions. ⠀ So, here is my small advice for people who for some reason can't travel a lot or at all but still want to bring something new to their daily routine and see some changes in their lives and behavior as a result. ⠀ 1️⃣First what you can do is to go to your job consciously using a different way. Usually, we use the same way all over again and again and again and we don't use our mindfulness for this process. ⠀ So, when you will choose the new way you will go out of your comfort zone and use your brain more. ⠀ 2️⃣Second, to take some class either a dancing class or boxing or something else that you would never do. It also will give you new feelings and emotions. ⠀ 3️⃣Third, you can start by using your not dominant hand more than usual. A few years ago I felt like I want to use my left hand more than right. ⠀ I decided to do everything with my left hand: eat, write, makeup, cooking and etc. It brought me new ideas and I felt that I want to dance more, draw 🎨 more and etc. It happened because when we use our left hand our right part of the brain works more, which is responsible for creativity and arts. ⠀ So, now you know how you can bring small changes in your life and feel the difference.
